How does self-repair affect my warranty?
Usually, Damaging your device through accidental damage or malicious damage voids your warranty. So the chances are your warranty is already void.
Replacing parts in your device will void your warranty with most manufacturers as they do not like your device being opened by third parties unless manufacturer approved.
What should I do if my product is not working after self-repair?
We would recommend that you recheck everything you have done, every step and make sure all connectors are secured correctly. If you come to a connector and it isn’t secured connectedly.
First disconnect the battery, Reconnect the loose connector and then reconnect the battery.
We always recommend batteries are the first to be disconnected and last to be reconnected where possible.

If you still have an issue with your device and you have checked everything then your next best option is to contact a repair professional.
We charge £45 labour on top of the part price to replace the part If you have damaged any other parts we will advise you of this before the repair and discuss costs.
Will I need to “pair” the new parts with my device?
Most devices do not need pats to be paired to the device after the repair, this is with the exception of apple. Some apple parts recommend being paired after installation to remove the unknown part warning in settings.
Only genuine parts can be coded to remove the non genuine sign and some parts still cannot be paired even genuine ones.

What if the phone has a swollen battery?
If your phone has a swollen battery, replacing the battery is a bit harder if it’s swollen and a lot more dangerous. We can replace the battery for you for an additional £45 onto of the price of the battery. You can identify if a battery is swollen with a visual inspection, noting that it will physically separate from the rear of the unit.
